SDP series standard accessories
●180 degree forward flip device (R)
The upper die can be flipped forward at any angle from 0 to 180 degrees, which can greatly improve the efficiency of die correction.
●Safety bar
When the slider is at the upper limit position, it is pushed in (automatically or manually) to ensure the safety of people entering the equipment.
●Slider locking device
When the slider is at the upper limit position, it can be automatically locked. To prevent the slider from falling under its own weight.
●Safety alarm device (when flipping, moving, falling)
When the workbench is flipping, moving, and falling, it will make various sounds to remind the operator to pay attention.
●Balance descending device
The mold clamping operation can be performed in a near-no-load state, and it exerts power in the production of plaster molds.
(SDP-1070-50 and SDP-1310-100 only have self-weight descending device)
Special accessories (option)
●Wax injection device (T)
You can directly carry out the wax injection mold test on the equipment, and quickly confirm the shape of the product and the condition of the burr.
●Ejector device (E)
It can adjust the ejector pin built in the mold, confirm its movement, and take out the wax injection trial product.
●Hydraulic source for core pulling (side pulling)
Each action can be checked for the cylinder built in the mold.
●Light protection device
It is installed on the front and rear sides of the mold clamping machine to prevent accidents caused by operating errors or carelessness.
●Digital display position control device (D)
The slider position is detected by the rotary encoder and can be displayed digitally.
